When exactly did The Doctor kill the rest of the time lords and destroy Gallifrey?

On Doctor Who, I know that The Doctor is the last Time Lord, besides,
maybe, The Master which is never elaborated past 2007. However, I am
unsure when he destroyed them exactly as gallifrey still existed in
the 1996 movie as far as i know.
